1 dash(es) Angostura bitters
1 fl oz (25 ml) brandy
4 fl oz (100 ml) chilled champagne
1 slice(s) of orange
Place the sugar cube(s) in chilled cocktail glass(es). Pour the Angostura bitters and wet the sugar cube(s) thoroughly.
Add the brandy. Fill up with the chilled champagne.
Float the slice(s) of orange on top and serve.
