3 fl oz (75 ml) Bourbon or rye whiskey
1 fl oz (25 ml) sweet vermouth
ice cubes as required
2 cocktail cherries
Place ice cubes in mixing glass(es). Pour the whiskey and sweet vermouth over the ice cubes stirring briskly to mix well.
Strain into chilled cocktail glass(es).
Serve decorated with cocktail cherries on a cocktail stick.
