1½ fl oz (37 ml) dark rum
1 fl oz (25 ml) light rum
1 fl oz (25 ml) lime juice
1 fl oz (25 ml) orange juice
1 fl oz (25 ml) pineapple juice
1 tablespoon(s) superfine sugar
ice cubes as required
3 fl oz (75 ml) club soda
1 wedge(s) of pineapple
2 cherries
Pour all the ingredients except club soda and fruits into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake well.
Strain the mixture into collins glass(es). Add the club soda and stir.
Garnish with pineapple wedge(s) and cherries.
