Singapore Sling

1 fl oz (25 ml) gin
½ fl oz (12 ml) cherry brandy
2 fl oz (50 ml) sweet and sour
ice cubes as required
club soda as required
2 cherries to garnish

Pour all the ingredients except the club soda and cherry into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake well.
Strain the mixture into collins glass(es). Fill with club soda.
Garnish with the cherries and serve.
