1 fl oz (25 ml) dark rum
1 fl oz (25 ml) white rum
½ fl oz (12 ml) golden rum
½ fl oz (12 ml) apricot brandy
2 fl oz (50 ml) pineapple juice
1 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon(s) grenadine
crushed ice cubes as required
1 wedge(s) of pineapple to decorate
2 cocktail cherries to decorate
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake well until a frost forms on the outside of the shaker.
Pour the mixture without straining into hurricane glass(es).
Serve garnished with pineapple wedge(s) and cocktail cherries.
