2 fl oz (50 ml) brandy
1 fl oz (25 ml) white crème de menthe
crushed ice cubes as required
1 sprig(s) of mint
Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Strain the mixture into chilled cocktail glass(es) and serve garnished with sprig(s) of mint.
