Ingredients:
* 1 Litre of vodka
* 2 Sticks of ripe rhubarb
* a bottle of champagne
* zest of half a lemon
* cloves x 3
* a cinnamon stick
* a tablespoon of sugar
Process:
* Mash up the rhubarb and stick it in a jar for a few days to sweat it out
* open the jar, stick in the cloves, cinnamon, sugar and cover generously with vodka
* leave for about 28 days but shake it regularly
* drink the dom perignon champagne while you wait
* filter the juice and leave to ferment for a month then drink
